Shipping

We currently ship to the Continental US only. A standard flat-rate ground shipping fee applies.

Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. PLEASE NOTE that during the COVID-19 Pandemic, deliveries may occasionally be affected.

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of damage-free items within thirty (30) days of the original order ship date.

Please keep in mind that Vinloq reserves the right to determine whether or not to refund original shipping & handling charges.

Any approved refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit within 3-5 business days. It may take longer due to your bank’s processing times.

Warranty

Additionally, Vinloq offers a Limited Warranty on defective materials. Vinloq warrants that your Wine Preservation and Slow Decanting™ System will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship such as leakage and fractures for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase from vinloq.com or (to the extent applicable) any authorized Vinloq reseller or partner. We will, at our option, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions. Vinloq may require the presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify the purchase date. Vinloq’s warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the Vinloq product was used.
